When to Seek Urgent Care
Severe Toothache
Persistent, throbbing pain often indicates an infection or decay. Rinse with warm water and use floss to remove trapped debris. Avoid placing aspirin directly on the gum.
Broken Tooth
Save any broken fragments and rinse your mouth with warm water. Apply a cold compress to the outside of the cheek to reduce swelling before seeing us urgently.
Knocked-out Tooth
Time is critical. Hold the tooth by the crown, rinse gently, and try to re-insert it. If not possible, keep it in a small container of milk and contact us immediately.
Lost Filling
A lost filling can cause sensitivity. Use over-the-counter dental cement as a temporary measure if needed, but schedule an appointment to prevent further damage.
Dental Abscess
An abscess is a potentially serious infection that requires immediate attention. Symptoms include a painful, pimple-like swelling on the gums and facial swelling.
Wisdom Tooth Pain
Impacted wisdom teeth can cause intense jaw pain and difficulty opening the mouth. We provide expert diagnosis for complex dental emergencies.

How much cost an emergency consultation?

Our Emergency Consultation fee is £186. This includes a full assessment and any necessary digital X-rays including dressing and antibiotic if necessary.
